Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Select the Manufacturer of your projector from the drop down list of over 100 manufacturers
- Select the Model of your projector from the second drop down list of all models in stock
- Click “Buy it now” and proceed to the checkout to enter payment and delivery details
Once you have clicked buy it now you will be shown the cart and its contents and you will be given the choice to continue shopping, checkout or update your cart.
Updating will enable you to increase the quantity of lamps that you are purchasing.
Continue shopping will let you carry on searching the site and will return you to the home page leaving your selected lamp in your shopping cart.
Check out will start the process of paying for your lamp. If you are an existing customer and are not already logged in you will be asked to log in again at this point. If you are a new customer to Bracknell Lamps you can register INSTANTLY on the site and move on to the next stage of the checkout.
The first step of the check out process will confirm your details in case we need to contact you and to send you your order confirmation, you can also specify the delivery address for your lamp.
If you have a promotional code you show have this to hand as this is where you enter these details.
Once all your details are entered the next page will let you double check your order, billing address, shipping address, contact details and order total. Please note the only addition to your lamp price will be VAT which is clearly shown on this page – WE DO NOT CHARGE CARRIAGE.
Once you are happy with all the details on this page pressing continue will take you to the PayPal site where you will be asked for your account details. This page is not our site and we do not get to see or know any of our PayPal details.
Once you are finished paying at the PayPal site you will be offered a page with an Orange button stating “return to Bracknell Lamps” it is important that you click this button as it will return you to us and initiate an order confirmation e-mail. If you do not press this button it may delay dispatch of your order. If you complete your order and have missed this button you will need to email us from the contact page and give us your order reference details so that we can nudge the system and finalise your order – we will have received a notification from PayPal that you have paid and will normally reconcile all monies with uncompleted orders. |
